King of the Sky, Sun
reigns with life-giving warmth and
rules with deadly heat
blazing heat of sun
disappears into pink cool
night comes to the sea
nocturne's melody
floats soothingly o'er the waves
so gently lapping
the stars take their turn
keeping watch, guiding lost souls
waiting for the sun
