WTC 9/11 ? US Government Complicity, or Not?

I don’t usually take much notice of conspiracy theories: If it’s a theory then that’s all it’s likely to be. But there is a growing body of evidence that the WTC 9/11 building collapses were not what the government reported. I am becoming convinced that outside forces, apart from Al Queda, may have been responsible as well.

I have included links to videos that explain the points I make. It will take you perhaps 3 hours to read the article and view all the videos. If you care for civilization and would like to see the US regain its prestige and trust in the world, please do take the time.

I have included footage that purports to support the WTC 9/11 report submitted by the government appointed inquiry. And you will view other video clips of experts from major technical institutes, including MIT, that will demonstrate quite clearly that the building collapses were not due to planes crashing into them. In fact, they go further and openly say that the collapses could only have happened by controlled demolition.

Who would have benefited from destroying these very visible signs of American power and pride? Many conspiracy ‘theorists’ point the finger at the US government. But my investigations lead me to a completely different set of villains with their own agenda. However, before I examine that, let’s look into how I believe the destruction occurred.

First, we need to remember that the towers were immensely strong structures. They were built to withstand hurricane force winds. They could easily bend and sway, and then return to the vertical without any danger to their integral structure.

The central core contained 47 specially designed load-bearing steel support columns that enabled the two towers to withstand incredible stresses from all directions. As you will see in the videos, the fires that affected the core columns on the floor where the aircraft hit were barely damaged. The insulation sprayed onto them was almost totally destroyed, but the columns themselves remained in surprisingly good condition. Even where they were exposed to very high heat, only small portions of the beams suffered any melting. Nor did they show much structural damage. They were merely bent slightly out of shape. In fact, they are surprisingly undamaged. Yet the government 9/11 report maintains that they were completely melted by the aviation fuel fire. Obviously, the evidence before your eyes is much more believable.

In addition, the core of 47 steel columns was designed so that they would not create a ‘chimney’ in case of fire. They were constructed in fireproof sections designed to limit the amount of oxygen the could flow inside the central space. In effect, this meant that the fires caused by the burning aviation fuel were relatively ‘cool’. They would not have been able to generate enough heat to reach the melting point of steel.

Other evidence also points to other factors that are much more likely to have caused the towers to collapse. None of that evidence is connected to the planes flying into them. I will go into this in more detail below.

Bomber crashes into Empire State Building - No Collapse

No other skyscraper in history has ever collapsed like the WTC twin towers did, even when planes crashed into them and spewed their load of aviation fuel into the building. Take the B-25 bomber that crashed into the Empire State building in 1945. It made a big hole in the side of the building, spewing aviation fuel and erupting into fire. Despite this, the building survived without any major structural damage.

Fire and debris scattered into surrounding buildings, but the concrete was not pulverized. Nor did the building collapse.

One of the bomber’s engines completely penetrated the Empire State Building, and fell out the opposite side. The other engine flew into an elevator shaft and severed the cable of an elevator car carrying two women, sending it into free fall. Compared to the WTC, the damage was minimal.

The Empire State was designed to the engineering standards of the day, standards much less sophisticated than those used to design the twin towers.

Investigation showed that the structural integrity of the Empire State Building was not compromised by this accident, but the cost to repair the damage was on the order of a million dollars.

If the Empire State building could survive a crash of this magnitude, what caused the twin towers to collapse so spectacularly, and yet so unexpectedly?

Let’s examine some of the evidence.

Molten Steel in Basement

An article on Rense.com stated: “Mark Loizeaux, president of Controlled Demolition, Inc. (CDI) of Phoenix, Maryland, wrote the clean-up plan for the WTC and confirmed the presence of molten metal at the site.”

“Yes,” Loizeaux said, “[there were] hot spots of molten steel in the basements.” These incredibly hot areas were found at the bottoms of the elevator shafts of the main towers, down seven [basement] levels,” Loizeaux said.

The molten steel was found “three, four, and five weeks later, when the rubble was being removed,” he said. Loizeaux also confirmed that molten steel had been found in the rubble of WTC 7, the tower owned by Larry Silverstein, that was neither hit by an airplane nor severely damaged, but which collapsed mysteriously in the late afternoon of 9/11.

Consider this. Many people at the scene stated they saw chunks of molten steel falling from the towers as they started to collapse. Just where would it have come from? Remember that scientists have stated that the burning aviation fuel would not have generated the heat needed to completely melt the 47 load-bearing steel column cores holding up each tower.

Even if you factor in the burning materials in the offices you still could not generate enough heat to melt steel and reduce it to small melted chunks. And even if the columns did melt, why would they explode outwards and shower molten steel over a wide area outside the collapsed towers? Only an explosion would explain that. And only a Thermite bomb explosion in the basement would account for the large amount of melted steel down there: Or for being able to melt the central core beams so effectively.

Why did the tower that was hit by the second plane collapse earlier than the first tower to be hit? Surely, if the burning aviation fuel was responsible for the collapse, the first tower should have gone down instead? Perhaps there was more aviation fuel in the second plane? That wouldn’t account for so much damage.

The large amount of molten iron in the basement could, perhaps, be explained by collapse of the 47 columns, but that is hard to justify too. When the towers collapsed the basements were covered in tons of debris, mostly finely powdered concrete. This would have cut off access to the oxygen needed to generate enough heat to melt the steel. Again, only an explosion that generated an immense amount of heat in the basements could explain so much molten metal.

Gunpowder Smell

Firemen and police reported that they could not find any large pieces of office furniture or anything else in the rubble. One fireman showed investigators half a telephone dial pad; all that was left of the instrument. In any building collapse, there are always large chunks of masonry and cement left. Office furniture often survives intact. Only thick dust was left after the WTC collapses. Why?

In addition, many people reported that they smelled ‘gunpowder’ after the collapse. Thermite smells just like gunpowder after an explosion. It is a powdered mixture of iron oxide and aluminium. When ignited, it burns at 2,500 degrees Celsius; more than hot enough to melt the central core and building supports and enable the buildings to collapse so fast.

Study the various videos as the buildings collapsed, and you will see a gigantic explosion near each of the tops of the buildings. Each explosion spews dense smoke upwards and outwards immediately preceding each collapse. This is exactly what happens when Thermite explodes. As it melted the steel columns, molten steel and iron would have rained down on the floors below, instantly vaporizing them and clearing the way for the building to collapse as fast as it did.

If you look closely at the towers collapsing in the videos, you will see puffs of smoke emanating from each floor just before it collapsed. This is also evidence that explosives were responsible. Some nay sayers have tried to tell us that these puffs of smoke are the result of the floors pancaking. But if you look at the evidence as a whole, the explosion theory makes much more sense, doesn’t it?

The building 7 collapse was entirely different in nature. All videos of the collapse look exactly like a controlled explosion designed to collapse a building into its footprint. But the big question you must ask is why building 7 even collapsed? By the time it went down, the two main towers had already collapsed hours before. No large pieces of debris fell on the building during their collapse. If building 7 had been hit, surely they would have brought down building 7 at the same time as the towers. So what would weaken the structure enough to make it collapse so long after the two towers fell? There is no reasonable answer, unless you figure controlled demolition explosives into the equation.

Explosion Reports

Many firemen, police, rescue workers, office workers inside and outside the buildings, reported they heard a series of explosions just before the towers collapsed.

If indeed there were Thermite explosions this would explain why so much thick steel was melted into small chunks and thrown outwards. It would explain how the extreme heat generated by the Thermite could melt the central core, and pour molten metal down onto the floors below. This would certainly cause the accelerated collapse of the buildings. Nova Science Show Debunks ‘Pancake’ Collapse Theory

The highly regarded Nova Science TV show created a computer simulation to try and duplicate the towers collapse. The first obstacle they faced was how to make the floors pancake down. The only way they could do this was to eliminate the outer walls that supported 40% of the tower’s weight. So, even before they could begin to demonstrate, they had to take away the outer walls that were obviously still on the buildings at the time.

As the simulated collapse started, the first floor took 1.15 seconds to hit the floor below. The next floor collapse was faster, at 1 second. As each floor continued ‘pancaking’ downwards it took 6 seconds to collapse only 10 floors. Even if the collapse sped up exponentially, there is no way the building could have collapsed in just 10 seconds.

This simulation didn’t even take into account the hundreds of internal and external welds connecting the floors to the outer and inner steel supports. These would have slowed the collapse even more. There is no way the government’s pancake collapse theory could be remotely true.

Some Engineers at Major Educational Institutions Don’t Believe the Government Report

Professor Steven Jones, a 20 year Physics Professor at BYU, wrote a paper that explains that the buildings did not collapse as a result of planes flying into them. He says the only way they could have collapsed was by explosives. He was especially intrigued by the collapse of WTC building number 7 which was not hit by a plane. Looking at footage of it collapsing, it is eerily similar to the buildings collapsed by controlled demolition charges. If you look closely, you can see the center of the building sag inwards, exactly as a building would when explosives are placed to bring a building down onto its own ‘footprint’. Jeff King from MIT, a physicist and engineer, also said that the collapse of each WTC building was obviously a result of demolition charges placed in strategic places.

Both men stated that no one has been able to duplicate the collapse as explained by the 9/11 government report. It is just not physically possible, conforming to the laws of physics, for the buildings to have collapsed so fast. The only way the collapses could be duplicated is by using controlled explosives. There are other reports by engineering experts online that say the same thing. Search for WTC collapse on YouTube.com. Mr King points out that much of the evidence disappeared before they could get to it. The scientists had to scour rubbish dumps to find whatever they could. Yet, aircraft crash investigators routinely attempt to piece together all the pieces of the wreckage to try and find out what caused a crash. Why didn’t the government allow independent investigators to access ground zero to piece together a model based on their findings at the scene? Did the government have something to hide? Or was it merely that they were afraid investigators might be injured by the debris, however unlikely that might be.

Yet Others Agree with the Government’s 9/11 Report

Professor Eduardo Kausel, of the MIT Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering posits what seems to be a compelling case, until you examine the whole picture. He tries to justify the collapse of the towers by the weakness of the flooring trusses. However, notice that he doesn’t mention the load-bearing steel column central cores. He claims that each of the flooring trusses collapsed, dragging down the rest of the building with them. So what happened to the central core structure? As you view this video, notice the effects of considerable heat on the columns demonstrated by Professor Abolhause (? it’s hard to see his name) in the first part of the video. Then Professor Eduardo attempts to explain the collapses using wire models. The demonstration just doesn’t make sense. Nor does he address the many effects of the collapse, including how the concrete was totally pulverized, or why the central cores completely collapsed:

Who Caused the Collapse?

All of this brings us to the central question: Who caused the collapse?

The obvious answer is Al Queda. However, based on the previous evidence I have uncovered it is clear that the terrorists are only part of the equation.

So, we have to ask who would benefit from ensuring the total destruction of these powerful symbols of US power and wealth?

My investigations make it clear that Israeli secret service agents, possibly with the complicity of members of the US government, almost certainly set the charges. There is compelling evidence Mossad and certain US government people knew well in advance that Al Queda planned the attacks on WTC and the Pentagon The Israelis used this prior knowledge to smuggle explosives into the building well before the attack. They could have done this easily by renting office space in the buildings using dummy companies. Investigators are finding that some of the rental tenants were indeed companies that did not do any actual business, according to the FBI and CIA. In addition, they have evidence to prove that Mossad operatives knew about the Arab terrorists learning to fly.

Witnesses saw four Israeli men jumping with glee as they watched the towers fall. The FBI later identified the four as Mossad agents, arrested and deported them.

What would the Israelis get out causing so much grief and chaos?

Well, first of all the Americans attacked their enemies for them, although I doubt that subsequently going to war in Iraq was what they anticipated. However, the Iraqi war has stirred up the Muslim countries, put America on the defensive and forced them closer to supporting the Israelis than ever before, so the results still benefit Israel.

Even though common sense tells almost everyone in the world that the trouble in the Middle East and the terrorist threat to the US is clearly the result of their support for Israel, the American government refuses to stop supporting Israel. This continues to anger the Arabs, and the vicious cycle continues.

Why Would Everybody Be Silent?

US-based conspiracy proponents point an accusing finger at their own government for complicity in the WTC attacks. They say that the CIA and FBI also knew in advance about the attacks, but stood idly by and did nothing.

The man in the street scoffs at these so-called ‘conspiracy nuts’. They ask, “How could everyone in the government and military remain completely silent if there was a conspiracy?” It’s difficult to even conceive that a secret this large could remain a secret for this long without at least one person speaking out.

To answer this, you have to look at how the upper levels of American politics and the military work. Kay Griggs, wife of Marine Corps Colonel George Griggs, has been closely associated with some of the top people in the government and military. She has observed their actions and come to some stunning conclusions.

Her husband’s diary gave her an intimate glimpse into the lifestyles of some very powerful people. She has based her conclusions on all this evidence. She accuses these people of wanting to destroy the USA and usher in a Soviet-style government dictatorship. She also says that the reason they continue to wage wars is so that they can manufacture and sell armaments. The more wars they start or support, the more money they make.

This is nothing new. We were aware of this during the Viet Nam war too. Republican governments have always waged war for profit. They don’t care that they are sending the country’s youngest and finest men to die for their own selfish greed.

Conclusions

I hope by now that I have spurred you to start examining what really happened on 9/11. I hope I have made you consider questioning the official government 9/11 report and start asking the government pointed questions and demanding clear and honest answers. Without the answers, there will never be closure on the most horrifying event in US history.

More importantly, only by demanding answers, and only by forcing officials to act for the good of you, the people they represent, can you avoid an even worse attack in the future. Al Queda recently issued a warning to all Muslims in the US to leave the country quickly. Al Queda is planning a series of attacks on at least 5 US cities that could devastate the country and end civilization as we know it. Don’t let this happen. It’s time for every citizen to stand up and demand answers. You owe it to yourselves, your children, and the future of civilization.
